I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable - just steps away from the tram station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and I was impressed with the attention to detail, including a baby crib that was provided upon request. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. I particularly appreciated the effort made to include local flavors.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The hotel is located just a few steps away from the tram station, making it very convenient for exploring the city and visiting all the attractions. Additionally, the hotel is situated on an alley without traffic, so I felt confident that my car was safe during my stay. The staff at the hotel were professional, friendly, and helpful, especially Adnan, Mahmoud. They provided great service and were very informative.
